My Teacher Bucket List

Yep you read that right, I made a a teacher bucket list. It's  just a list of things that I want to accomplish. Some may not seem like teaching specifically but it relates to teachers. Here is a copy of my list.

As you can see I got to mark one item off the list. I was so thankful to get to chat with Greg Smedley-Warren from Kindergarten  Smorgasbord. It was great to get to talk "shop" and to just share in the passion of teaching. I feel like I made a life long friend. I hope to someday to inspire others the way he inspires me. Thanks Mr. Greg!

I want to end by saying I hope that you think about making your own Teacher Bucket List. It may just help you make those professional goals.

Much Love,

I am so sorry to be MIA this past month. It has been a beautiful but stressful time. I am getting my barrens while working with a new team. I miss my old team but change is good right?  Anyway, I thought I would come and offer a fan freebie on my Facebook page. Just click on the Fan Freebie tab.I don't know about all of you out there but Parent teacher conferences are coming soon. So,  I am offering my Parent Teacher Conference pack. It has forms that will help you get organized for that fun filled night. I have forms in Spanish as well. I have had our translators at school check the translation to make sure they are correct. OPENING DAY & BIG SALE

Well, first I want to say that I absolutely had a blast at opening day. There was so many colleagues to catch up with. I started taking pictures that quickly grew to me shouting "Hey, come take a selfie!" Then I'd take a picture and say, "You will be in my blog! Follow me on Facebook!"  Lol! As you can tell, I had fun!!!!
Here are some pictures from today.

These were just a few pictures of my fun! These are important people in my life. They are motivators and encouragers. Some are my best friend.

One last thing before I go, don't forget about the BIG TPT SALE! This is the time to stock up on some great resources. Please stop by store for some great products.

I Won!!!!!

I am so excited! I won! I won!!!! I love IG and FB because of all the teacher bloggers that I am meeting. Most of them have a give away of some kind everyday. So I always enter and never imagine that I will win. Well guess what?????? I WON!!!! Mrs. Russell's Room was giving away her Citzenship Unit! So I of course I enter. Now I'm thinking I'm not gonna win because I don't have that kind of luck (in my mind). I did!!!! I can't wait to use this with my class. It will be so helpful when I teach the 7 habits or healthy kids too. I hope that you would go and check this unit out. I am beyond excited and very thankful for this unit. Thanks Mrs. Russell's room you have made my night!!!!!!!

Five for Friday

This is my third week in a row to participate in the Five for Friday. This has been a whirlwind of a week. So let the linky party begin.

I am so happy. This past weekend we got a Meijer. I am lovin it. This store is so huge. I am finding some awesome deals. I am not for sure about how much I will save on groceries but I hope when it is time to buy school supplies, I will really hit pay dirt.

First of all my sweet boy is 3 1/2 years old. This week he did his first VBS at the new church we started attending a year ago. (Crossland Community Church) We love this church. Pastor Gregg Farrell brings it. He makes me think about how I deal with life all week long. Anyway, my boy got to sing and share what he learned for the 3 days. I want to point out how tall he is in this picture.
I promise he is only 3. LOL

Yesterday my kiddos went swimming it was so funny to watch them try and be so grown. Now my daughter was not as much as her brother but she was liking the pool. What got me the most was watching my sweet boy swimming in the pool and not even caring if I was there. He has gotten so brave.

Since we did go swimming. I just had to share this one of my daughter. I was trying to get her to smile and look at me. So when I moved she did the same thing. Can you tell what I was doing when I took this picture? LOL!

Last but not least, I have to give a shout out to this lovely lady. She has been a rock in my life this past year. She has helped me to be a better mom as well as a better person. She is always stretching my thinking. I am very proud to call her my friend.
